Customer amounts shown in the sale channel's currency
Customers
The total order amount in the customer list, the summary on the customer detail and the total spend card use the currency of the sale channel the customer belongs to. In shops working with several currencies, each customer's spend reads in their own channel's currency.
A customer belongs to a single sale channel, and their order totals are in that channel's currency. The amount appears in the channel currency in these places:
- The total order amount column in the customer list
- The summary on the customer detail
- The total spend card on the customer detail
When the sale channel has no currency defined, the shop's currency is used.
