Exports and bulk actions follow the filters on the table

When a list is exported or a bulk action is started, all filters selected on the table are applied to the result: platform, carrier, product, amount and discount range, city and the rest. For exports matching a large number of records, a note suggesting a narrower filter appears on screen.
- The downloaded file has the same scope as the list on screen: platform, carrier, product, amount and discount range, city and the other filters carry into the file.
- Exports of thousands of rows come down as a single file.
- For exports matching a large number of records, a note suggesting a narrower filter appears on screen.
- The result of a bulk action is shown on screen when the action completes.
