Feature
Status change for a chosen quantity of an item
Orders
In orders containing several units of the same item, as many as needed can be moved to another status, for example 1 out of 4 units can be refunded. In the item's status change window, units are grouped by status, and for each group you enter how many to move.
- Where: Order detail > the item row > change status. A status change made for the whole order continues to cover the entire order.
- Units in the same status are gathered on a single row. The row holds the status badge, how many units there are, and a quantity box.
- If all units in a group are in the same warehouse or on the same shipment tracking number, this is written under the row.
- Units that can move to the selected status come pre-ticked, so the whole item is moved with a single click. The links at the top select all or clear the selection.
- Groups that cannot move to the target status appear dimmed in the list with "Cannot move to this status" under them.
- When an item has many different statuses, the list scrolls within itself after six rows, and the window's bottom buttons stay in place.
- The quantity box accepts digits only and uses the number of units in the group as its upper limit.
- In the window listing the item's rows, statuses are written in the panel's language, and cancelled rows are marked in red.
