Push report renewed with server-side filters, device health and campaign breakdowns

The push report now covers the last year, so campaigns that used to be missing are listed. Send, delivery, open and notification permission metrics are easier to read. Status and type filters run on the server; device health, SDK version and campaign breakdowns, preset date ranges and a last 7 days default were added.
