Excel export for the Cancellation/Refund Reason Analysis and the Refund Report

The data in the Cancellation/Refund Reason Analysis and the Refund Report is downloaded to Excel with the Export button. The file comes with the same scope as the date range and sale channel filters selected on screen. For ranges longer than 366 days, the limit is announced on screen as soon as the button is clicked.

Where: Reports > Cancellation/Refund Reason Analysis and Reports > Refund Report.

• Cancellation/Refund Reason Analysis: counts cancellation and refund requests by request date.
• Refund Report: counts refunds that were paid out, by refund date.

Each button downloads the data of the charts on its own page, so the two pages produce separate files. During the download the button switches to "Exporting...", and a notification appears when the download finishes.

Limits: these two exports cover at most a 366-day range and 50,000 rows. The date range limit is checked as soon as the button is clicked. For downloads that hit the row limit, a message explaining the situation appears on screen.
